[color=#e74c3c][u][b]Applicant Personal Information and Questions [/b][/u][/color] [b]Previous administrative experience[/b]: I've staffed multiple servers from multiple games, from Minecraft to Unturned, and also have experience in owning servers. [b]What leadership roles do/did you have on the server?[/b]: MTF Commander. [b]What is your favorite faction and why?[/b]: Mobile Task Force, because if you think about it, it is a more serious aspect of the SCP foundation, but isn't entirely serious. I believe there should be a balance in seriousness and fun, and I believe the MTF falls into the balance quite well. [b]What are you best at in-game?[/b]: Security, but I am going to focus more on MTF now, considering I hold a rank in the hierarchy. [b]What have you done to contribute to, improve and grow the community?[/b]: Nothing yet, but I do have a YouTube/Twitch channel I can utilize to help bring attention toward the server, and I can also tell my friends about it.  [b]Why are you a good player for the server?[/b]: I believe I am a good player for the server because I can remain mature, cool, and relaxed and not overreact, essentially I can be a good role model. I also can help bring awareness to the server, and I'd donate to it if I had the money to do so.  [b]Why should you be on my staff team?[/b]: I believe I should be on your staff team because I withhold experience, the will to help, and the will to make the server better in my name. I want to help this server excel and thrive, because I see something in this server. [b]What makes you more applicable than other applicants?[/b]: I am more applicable than others because other than most, I put time and effort into servers when I can,  [color=#e74c3c][u][b]Scenario Test This is to see what you would do in a situation of a player breaking rules.[/b][/u][/color] [b]What would you do if someone killed someone without calling raid/terror/etc...?[/b]: If it was a raid, then I would investigate the raid: seeing if they did pass the cooldown, and if they did call it. If they didn't the participants will be warned and the commander of the group/faction will be notified of such event. [b]Regular terrorists can kill more than 3 people[/b]:  [b]Can mega bases have more than 4 fading doors?[/b]: The max fading doors a base can have is three. I will remove the fading door and notify the person of the event so they can react accordingly. If they add a fourth door again I will warn them, so on and so forth. [b]Hitmen can accept hits from other hitmen classes?[/b]:  [b]You fly around and see someone disrespecting another player(racism, profanity, harassment, etc...) what do you do?[/b]: I'd pull them to the side and talk to them.
